At Mechtani, all products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, Printful.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days
- Each item is made specifically for you after purchase
During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping times depend on your location:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location
- Any applicable taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on fulfillment location.
Delays
While we work with trusted carriers, Mechtani is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Include:
- Order number
- Photos (if damaged)
We will work with Printful to resolve the issue and send a replacement if applicable.
